Section 21 kehta hai ki agar kisi driver ne dangerous ya criminal driving ki wajah se kisi ko jaan se maar diya ya seriously injure kiya, toh uska licence turant suspend kiya ja sakta hai.

Section 21 applies in serious accident cases where the driver is charged under IPC sections like 302, 304, or 304A, ya kisi aur grave offence ke liye.
Jab police ya court identify karti hai ki driver ki wajah se death ya grievous hurt hua, toh licensing authority uska licence suspend kar sakti hai.

Yeh provision public safety ke liye banaya gaya hai, taaki dangerous drivers ko turant road se hataya ja sake.
